If you are not already participating in the MASSCEA program and would like to enroll, please complete the secure online form below (Dedham account holders enroll here). Be sure to use the name and address associated with the account. Your account will be enrolled on the next available meter read. Alternatively, you may contact the program supplier, Constellation NewEnergy* directly at 833-461-0813, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (excluding holidays). Your account will be enrolled on the next available meter read. Please note, in Massachusetts, a minimum of two days prior to the meter reading date for your account is required in order for the electric utility to process an enrollment request. Monthly service cannot be prorated. Once service has begun, the program rate will be reflected on your following month’s electricity bill for the previous month’s service.
*Constellation NewEnergy is the new supplier for the program, starting to serve the community in January 2021. They will accept enrollments starting at the end of November 2020 for January 2021 enrollment.
